HI, I'M AMANDA!
With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from weight loss to physique athletes and the elderly. I have an extensive background with sports nutrition for building muscle and weight loss.
One size does not fit all when it comes to health and nutrition. Every client is different and therefore, every approach is individualized for the client. I am committed to helping you reach and achieve your goals. I truly enjoy seeing all my clients progress and make lasting health and lifestyle changes. I offer a variety of personal training and coaching services that aim to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your health. From pre and post natal, to Crohn's or cancer, your health concerns are of the upmost importance to me when designing your program. IN PERSON TRAINING SESSION
Ready to train? I operate out of private studio in Downtown Crossing. If you have gym amenities at home or in your building, I can come to you. At-home sessions are available for clients within the Boston area.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING AND NUTRITION
I offer customized digital workout programs and nutrition coaching for those that may be training for a competition, are outside of the greater Boston area, or for whatever reason cannot train in-person.
VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
As we deal with these uneasy times, I am offering virtual training sessions though Zoom. Â I customize each workout to the space and equipment you have available. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable and add structure to your week during quarantine.

I have never written a review for anyone, but I wanted to make sure that I wrote one for Amanda. I have worked with so many different trainers throughout the past 15 or so years and they have all been really nice, but no one has compared to Amanda. Not only does she work out with me, but she gave me an easy meal plan to follow which was life changing as well as workouts to do at home or at the gym. She checks in on me and encourages me daily to stay on task with my goals. When we work out, she doesn't run me into the ground, but she also doesn't accept any excuses and ensures that I still do whatever workout it is that day. She has the perfect balance of holding me accountable while simultaneously showing me genuine care and compassion. I truly cannot say that there has been anyone who has done so much for me in a period of just 2 months and I would recommend her to EVERYONE!

Amanda has been such a wonderful resource during this difficult time! Initially, I didn't expect our at-home work outs to be as challenging as the ones we do in the gym, but boy was I wrong! The work outs push my limits every time and best of all she makes them fun! We do creative themed work outs that really boost my motivation. Amanda also helps me keep track of my mood, sleep, and eating habits during a time that has provided so little structure. Amanda has without a doubt changed my life. I initially hired her to lose weight for my upcoming wedding in September last January, and she helped me reach my goal of a 40lb weight loss. Her knowledge, passion and dedication shine through in every session. She truly cares about your success, as well as well being. Aesthetically it was amazing to look the best I have ever looked, but the added bonuses of lower blood pressure, increase of self confidence, better sleep and decreased stress is honestly worth its weight in gold. I’ve worked with previous trainers before and always felt they dialed it in and were just there for the check, but can completely say Amanda truly treats you as an individual and whole person, as opposed to just counting reps.

I've been training consistently with Amanda for three years. I have been working out 2x a week with Amanda for about a year and a half and she is EXCELLENT. She will talk to you about what your goals are and will figure out an individualized plan for you to meet those goals, both in terms of your workouts with her, workouts she can provide you on your off-days, and discussing your diet. She will definitely push you hard during workouts, but is also extremely careful and mindful of any injuries or limitations you may have. I am moving to another state which is the only reason I will no longer be working out with her but could not recommend her more!!
